A great Assam Black Tea blend from for those who like it brisk and bodied. The wiry black leaves with generous golden unopened buds are attractive and well twisted. The infusion is a bright mature copper, with a soothing aroma. The leaves form a bright orange brew, with a glorious citrus nose. The cup itself is brisk, medium bodied, with a delightful honey aftertaste.

Brewing instructions: Boil one cup of water at 90-100°C. Use one tea bag per cup of hot water. Stir the tea once, and then let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir again halfway through. Remove the tea bags. Your tea is now ready to drink! Brewing it correctly means that it will have a deep aroma and be a bit nutty, but if you’d like a sweeter taste, add a teaspoon of sugar and stir well before drinking. If you want to have milk tea, add warm or hot milk to your brewed tea after it has steeped for the prescribed time.

What do an Engineer, a Retail Consultant & Merchandizer, and an HR Head have in common? Well, in our case it is our family name and our history that is steeped in tea. After venturing into various fields and before finding his way back home, Atulit’s first thought was – “what can you possibly add to a 150 year old business!” Then a trip to the South African vineyards got him thinking – “why not?” We do pride ourselves as being the 6th generation tea planter. Hence, what could be a better opportunity than taking the legacy forward in one way or the other! While the husband-wife duo of Engineer Atulit & Merchandizer Srinidhi laid the foundations of the brand, they were soon joined in by HR specialist Smriti. Together, they are on a quest of providing tea lovers worldwide with the most premium teas. P.S- A family that drinks together (tea of course) can definitely work together!
